specifically anxiety and mood disorders and medical pathologies of chronic pain. I have worked in several centres that have allowed me to learn the best techniques for different pathologies and to start my own practice.<\/p>\n<p>I like to create an environment of security and trust for the patient, and adapt my work method to the characteristics of the person, always taking into account the scientific evidence, I am strict in this sense.<\/p>\n<p>I am a PhD student in Health Sciences and I dedicate a large part of my work to academic research in order to keep up to date with the most effective treatments. I have done my international PhD stay at the University of Bergen in the SPILLSF\u00d8RK research group.<\/p>\n<p>I always insist in the sessions that the time here is only 60 minutes out of a whole
